Main Responsibilities:


  • Work with suppliers to obtain pricing and lead times for quote packages
  • Complete quotation worksheets
  • Support Business Development Managers and Sales Managers as required
  • Review quote requirements from customers
  • Customer contract review
  • New business forecasting
  • Develop presentations for potential customers
  • Other duties as assigned

Key Skills / Core Competencies

  • Experience with CAD
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical design challenges
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong computer skills
  • Blueprint reading is an asset
  • Automotive Fastener experience is an asset
  • Ability to travel internationally as required

Education / Experience:


  • 1 ~ 3 years of work experience in Sales
  • Postsecondary degree an asset
  • Customer account management experience
  • Territory management
  • Automotive experience

Additional Skills:


  • Fluent in Spanish considered an asset
