Magellan Luxury Hotels is looking for a successful, motivated Client Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support while modifying and updating hotel room reservations, resolving client issues, updating our database and website, and completing other administrative tasks.
This role is perfect for someone who strives to be exceptional in their attention to detail, has a "can do" attitude, is the ultimate team player with exceptional problem-solving skills, and loves a challenge.
You:

- Ability to thrive in highpaced and highpressure environment including strong time management and organizational skills
- Very high attention to detail combined with excellent grammatical communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience working on projects where attention to detail is paramount
- Strong analytical skills are essential
Additional skills or experience that will be beneficial in this position:
- Experience in luxury travel and/or other luxury/niche markets is desirable
- Knowledge of Sabre GDS will be a strong asset
- 1+ year in sales would be an asset
- Post-Secondary Education in hospitality/tourism, business administration or client service would be considered an asset

The Work:
- Provide clients with a custom and memorable experience measured to the highest standards of quality and service delivery, while fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Understand reservation process, resolve client concerns/questions, explain and actively sell the Hotels' products and facilities, and display thorough knowledge of Hotel services and promotions to achieve winwin solutions
- Perform detailoriented administrative skills while maintaining a positive attitude and using creative problemsolving techniques
- Work closely with Magellan Sales team to support and assist with client issues and coordinate through positive teamwork to find solutions
- Entering/maintaining with company databases (sales system and website)
- Auditing negotiated rates and perk for discrepancies, communicating any issues to our partners and assisting with resolution
- Assisting with implementing promotions and marketing initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
- Schedule is four weekdays (with flexibility on days of the week) & one weekend day

$17.00-$18.50 per hour
