Job Duties
- Play a leading role in managing a postsale customer experience and relationships
- Generate, evolve and monitor adherence to operational processes and procedures
- Facilitate accurate and timely capacity planning and its communication with the business unit
- Manage commercial project budgets and track project execution costs to achieve outlined margin targets
- Lead the implementation and integration of new geophysical data processing techniques into client project workflows
- Generate technical reports and presentations for clients. Present processing results and lead technical discussions with customers. Understand and effectively communicate client usecases
- Support sales and marketing functions with presentations of new geophysical processing techniques, case studies and/or demonstrations of new products, software features
- Own and coordinate all aspects of the geophysical data product and services quality management system. Accountable for the quality of the customer data deliverables
- Support research projects including internal tool development and expansion to meet the Geophysics team needs in terms of processing efficiency, quality and scalability
- Provide continuous feedback on Nanometrics data analysis tools and processes to drive bug fixes, design changes and usability improvements

Requirements:
- BSc, MSc, PhD in Geophysics, Seismology, Physics or Engineering
- 510 years' experience processing geophysical data sets and delivering associated services to industrial clients in a commercial environment
- Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in a customerfacing role within a commercial operation
- Passion for customer service and building of effective workflows that enable operational teams to achieve critical business objectives
Assets
- Prior experience with seismic data processing techniques such as double difference relocation, velocity model building, STA/LTA triggering, template matching, beamforming, tomography, interferometry, noisereduction filtering, event magnitude computation, focal mechanism/moment tensor inversion and stress field inversion
- Prior experience working with ground motion parameters such as PGA, PGV, and response spectra with respect to seismic hazard analysis and threshold monitoring
- Prior experience working and processing Distributed Acoustic Sensing (DAS)
- Prior experience working with or developing machine learning based tools
- Knowledge and experience coding in Python
