Experienced Zero-Turn lawn mower operator, to be the Crew Leader of a 3 person Mow team.

Job Duties (including but not limited to):_

Grass cutting using Zero-Turn mower (experience required).
Ability to delegate tasks to the team in a positive manner.
Coach & mentor team members to ensure productivity and a high quality of work.
Monitor work to ensure completed as requested & the property is left neat and tidy.
Keeping detailed notes as needed.
Whipper snipping, cleaning up clippings etc., if necessary.
When not mowing lawns, working alongside other team members on landscaping projects
During the Winter months, snow clearing & ice removal and other projects.

Salary Range:_

- $21.00 per hour with incentives and potential for Bonuses.

Uniforms are provided, however, steel toed boots are required.
