Job summary We are looking for a Housekeeper. Reporting to the Environmental Services Manager the Housekeeper is responsible for providing housekeeping and laundry services as well as maintaining the clean and neat appearance of the residence in a safe and efficient manner in accordance to the policies and procedures of Seasons Retirement Communities. What You Will Do: Provide services interacts with residents resident family members in a professional manner Maintain work storage areas in a clean safe sanitary manner Participate as a member of the Environmental Services team provides support to the other members of Resident Guest Attendant team Observe adhere to all policies procedures work standards safety regulations Project appropriate image focus on customer service dealings with residents families guests Operate clean equipment furniture maintain all areas related residents per work routines Is aware employee supervisor responsibilities follows health safety policies procedures All other duties assigned consistent work routines job descriptions Qualifications or Skills Required Covid-19 vaccination mandatory Must able follow written verbal instructions Must able read communicate effectively Demonstrated empathy understanding needs seniors Effective interpersonal relationship conflict resolution skills Ability organize work under strict time constraints High standard hygiene cleanliness Able operate related equipment Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory
