At Air Liquide we are looking for a specialist in pricing. You are analytical and like the admin part of projects. You like to interact with different departments such as the marketing team, the supply chain, the sales directors. Your main objective is to ensure the efficiency and consistency of the price structures.
The position is in hybrid mode with 2 days at the office

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop Pricing Strategies:Contributes to the development, communicates and implements pricing strategies, structures, policies and procedures that align with ALC's business strategy. Plans price changes, defines stages and creates, adds, changes or removes price lists. Develops standardized and consistent processes that enable more efficient price management.

Support Pricing Analysts:Provide appropriate information and support regarding tailoring pricing strategies to local and / or regional markets, while ensuring adherence to ALC strategies and policies. Collaborates regularly with price analysts to ensure consistency in pricing structures and achievement of objectives.

Track sales activities:Working with product managers and the supply chain, ensures pricing is up to date in AL's ERP. Develops models for monitoring and analyzing price performance. Implements proactive monitoring and surveillance to measure the pass-through and adequacy of prices with strategies, policies, markets, competition, etc.

Carry out market research: Collaborate, with marketing teams, in the analysis of market trends in economic, technological and regulatory terms (competition, offers, prices, etc.) to better position ALC in terms of its national pricing strategy.

Continuous Improvement:Helps to increase the efficiency of the pricing strategy and the profitability of the sales process by providing pricing metrics and various tools that allow decision makers to maximize their quotes. Identifies opportunities to improve pricing policies and procedures and proposes actions accordingly. Participate in the development of tools in order to keep up with constantly evolving business practices.

Competencies and Profile

Diploma:Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing or any other relevant discipline

Experience: 5 years of relevant experience
