Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and complete financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with all payroll tax regulations
- Assist with budget preparation and management
- Manage vendor relationships and track expenses
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, organizing files, and answering phones
- Send invoices and request payments from clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance preferred
- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Salary:
$18.52-$25.00 per hour
