Database Design for JEE students

Job summary
I am looking for an experienced Notion expert to design and set up a structured student management system in Notion for my JEE coaching institute.
+Responsibilities
- Create a main Students database where each row represents one student
- Include student details such as name, batch, class (11/12/Dropper), school, phone number, parent phone number, strengths, and weak areas
- Create a separate Tests database linked to the Students database
