    Description
    • Education: College/CEGEP
    • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

      • Tasks

    • Identify current and potential staffing needs
    • Create and publish job notices and ads
    • Screen and evaluate candidates
    • Provide guidance to job seekers on employment terms
    • Assess candidate pools
    • Arrange interviews with potential candidates
    • Inform applicants of selection outcomes and prepare job offers
    • Advise staff and managers on hiring procedures
    • Confirm eligibility for benefits and coordinate employee training

      • Support for newcomers and refugees

    • Recruit newcomers and/or refugees displaced by conflicts or natural disasters (e.g., Ukraine, Afghanistan)

      • Support for Indigenous communities

    • Establish and nurture relationships with indigenous groups, businesses, and organizations

      • Support for underrepresented groups

    • Implement inclusive hiring practices to combat bias against marginalized individuals (e.g., anonymizing recruitment processes)
