Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to join our team.
As a Marketing Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing and admin process within Omni Jewelcrafters.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about marketing and wants to learn how the jewellery industry works.
Responsibilities
Marketing Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns on social media ( Instagram, Tiktok )
- Support the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, posters
Admin Support:
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, updating inventory records, and conducting periodic stock checks.
- Handle paperwork and documentation related to customer orders, repairs, and warranties, maintaining meticulous records for reference.
- Support the management team with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Liaise with jewelry suppliers and vendors to place orders, track shipments, and handle any discrepancies or issues with deliveries.
- Input customer information, sales data, and inventory updates into the store's database or CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Ability to use Canva, Capcut efficiently for social media
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in a marketing role or internship or running a social media page
- Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and digital marketing strategies is a bonus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 17 per week
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
