Job summary
The Associate Director, Environmental Risk Management is responsible for leading and evolving a scalable environmental technical services program across the global asset lifecycle ensuring consistent technical standards for environmental due diligence development and operations. We believe that time together in the office is important for OMERS and Oxford the strength of our employees and the work we do for our pension members Our hybrid work guideline requires teams to come to the office a minimum of 4 days per week.Qualifications
- Degree in Environmental Sciences Engineering or a related field relevant professional designation preferred.
- 4-7 years of relevant work experience.
- Extensive experience with Building Condition Phase I & II ESAs Remediation/Risk Assessments Hazardous Materials and Indoor Air Quality reports
