Overview
Responsibilities
- Data entry of invoices into accounting software
- Perform some general book keeping
- Accounts Receivable:
- Match invoices to purchase orders and bill accordingly
- Download purchase orders from client online portals
- Generate invoices and send them to clients
- Accounts payable:
- Receive supplier invoices and enter them into system accurately
- Match PO's, packing slips and invoices, seek clarification if any discrepancies in prices and quantities
- Follow up with Manager when any outstanding items have not been addressed
- Communicate with vendors in case of discrepancies
Qualification
- Must be extremely detail oriented and have good time management
- Must able to meet deadlines with projects
- Intermediate skills in MS Office
- Excellent skills in Excel
- Experience in accounting software is an asset
- Minimum of two years of experience in accounting
