What an important role the Pharmacy Assistant plays The customer's experience of the pharmacy primarily relies on the services of the Pharmacy Assistant.
Working in a Pharmacy means continuous contact with ones who are in need for love, mercy and compassion, whether customers are children, adults or seniors.
They all need the professional pharmaceutical health care service.Responsibilities:
The Pharmacy Assistant will assist in providing pharmacy services, under the direction of the Pharmacist
This includes:
- Scanning and filing prescriptions.
- Answering patient inquiries and requests over the phones
- maintaining prescription records
- billing insurance companies
- maintaining good level of inventory of medications and pharmaceutical products.
- Manage incoming faxes and contacting physician's offices where needed.
Qualifications:
*Experience is an asset but not necessary
- Bilingual. French and English
- High attention to details, accuracy and productivity.
- Reliable character, have strong communication skills and customer service.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Salary:
$17.00-$24.00 per hour
