- Align programs with business objectives to maximize pipeline contribution.
- Own HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and reporting.
- Optimize marketing automation for scale and accuracy.
- Oversee email campaigns and automated nurture streams to move leads through the funnel.
- Leverage AI‑driven personalization and predictive analytics to boost engagement and conversions.
- Lead organic growth initiatives through on‑page, off‑page, and technical SEO.
- Partner with content teams to optimize search visibility and traffic quality using AI insights.
- Oversee account‑based marketing programs to engage priority accounts.
- Ensure strong alignment with Sales on target accounts and messaging.
- 7+ years in demand generation or digital marketing.
- Proven proficiency in HubSpot for campaign execution, reporting, and workflow automation.
- Demonstrated success in PPC, SEO, ABM, and email marketing.
- Experience using AI‑powered tools (content optimization, personalization, predictive analytics, or campaign automation).
- Strong analytical skills with experience in platforms like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and project management skills with the ability to inspire and develop high‑performing teams.

What you can expect
We're looking for a data‑driven, results‑oriented Manager of Demand Generation to lead and scale our growth initiatives. You'll oversee a high‑performing team and work closely with the Director of Marketing to design, execute, and optimize programs that generate pipeline and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands‑on operator, with proven expertise in PPC, SEO, Account‑Based Marketing (ABM), HubSpot marketing automation, and AI‑driven marketing performance. You'll focus on improving funnel efficiency, increasing conversion rates, and inspiring your team to deliver measurable impact.
