    POSITION DESCRIPTION:

    The Dufferin, a welcoming private seniors' residence, has a Housekeeping Attendant position available Working in a residence is more than just a job; it's a life experience. It's a chance to be recognized and valued, to contribute to the continuous improvement of our services, and to make a significant difference in the daily lives of seniors

    Permanent part-time position, 8 hours per week, daytime hours from 8am to 4pm, variable workday and weekends as needed.

    ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • All other related tasks
    • Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reocurring schedule or as required
    • Clean storage spaces and maintenance carts
    • Cleaning and performing maintenance duties
    • Maintain and clean the premises
    • Maintenance and cleaning of the lobby and corridors
    EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
    • 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
    • Good team player
    • Good communication
    • Knowledge of retirement homes, a major asset
