Job Summary
Your role as a Project Manager will be vital to the overall growth of the company.

We are looking for a confident leader who is self-motivated, and proactive with 3+ years experience in project management who will thrive in a fast-paced environment and who wants to see the real impact of their work.


As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and streamlining processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

You will be responsible for managing several projects within the organization, and collaborating with the founder team to ensure seamless execution.

This role requires a strong blend of analytical skills, technical proficiency, and a deep understanding of all aspects of project management.

1-2 years experience in a previous software/tech company would be an asset.


This position requires someone who is tech savvy, has a positive attitude, can work full-time and is able to work in our Surrey office 3-5 days per week.

You will have the opportunity to help build the business, share your knowledge and ideas without going through a large chain of command, and work independently while supporting the growing team.


Responsibilities:


  • Build and manage a comprehensive project plan that outlines project goals, objectives, timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
  • Maintain and spearhead our project management tool.
  • Allocate resources effectively to ensure that project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Prioritize and manage product backlogs, including user stories and feature prioritization using Agile methodologies.
  • Identify potential risks to the project and develop strategies to mitigate or manage them effectively.
  • Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements.
  • Monitor project expenses and ensure that the project stays within budget constraints.
  • Address any issues or conflicts that arise during the project, using problemsolving skills to find effective solutions.
  • Provide regular progress reports to project stakeholders, highlighting achievements, identifying challenges, and outlining plans for moving forward.
  • Lead potential outbound and inbound strategies for multiple internal projects.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

years of proven experience in a project management role.

  • Experience with project management tools like Asana and having done project coordination with multiple stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of helping lead successful product launches.
  • Ability to learn and take on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • A passion for healthcare and technology.

This position is NOT IDEAL for someone who:

  • Needs constant supervision and direction to complete tasks.
  • Is not interested in learning or adding value to our highgrowth projects.

Additional Information:


  • This individual must live in British Columbia and be able to work in our Surrey Office 35 days per week.
  • Fulltime (40 hours per week).
weeks vacation per year.

$65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
