JOB SUMMARY:


The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will act as a first point of contact for guests at the AFD corporate office and will be responsible for all reception duties; from answering phone calls on a multi-line system to dealing with and resolving customer inquiries.

The CSR is responsible for the daily coordination of AFD's customer service relations as described below.

You must have a strong attention to detail, work ethic and be able to work in a face paced, dynamic environment.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


Customer Service Representative (CSR) Duties

  • Present a positive customer experience, internally and externally while maintaining a professional image of the organization
  • Maintenance of internal processes, requires coordination of multiple departments to gather and input data
  • Cardlock and company fleet card management, including set up, activation, price changes, product changes and related support
  • Pulling reports as needed for customers and internal departments
  • Paid On Call coverage 1 week/month

Reception Duties

  • Sourcing, ordering, and maintaining office supplies and other items upon request
  • Sorting, sending, and picking up mail
  • Manage incoming and outgoing courier parcels
  • Other related duties as required or assigned

OTHER KEY SKILLS (or product knowledge):

  • Experience in working with major fuel providers considered an asset
  • Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and systems such as Microsoft 365 CRM, Microsoft Dynamics or Kardpoll considered an asset
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills

EXPEREINCE:

3+ years' experience in an office administrative role


EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or GED required
