Pool Supplies Canada is looking for a detail-oriented data entry clerk to join its marketing team and assist in updating and maintaining our online product catalog across our website and various 3rd party marketplace platforms for the Summer 2024 season.

Although this is primarily a remote position, some in-person work will be required. You must be able to reliably commute to our office in Burlington, Ontario on an as-needed basis.

Primary Responsibilities:

Accurately entering and updating product information on our ecommerce platform, including but not limited to: product descriptions, technical specifications, images, weights/dimensions, features and more
Organizing products / product categories and ensuring the overall quality and accuracy of product information on our ecommerce platform
Regularly reviewing our websites for errors and inconsistencies in product data and fixing any issues that may be discovered
Managing and optimizing product information and product listings through the Amazon Marketplace platform, and other 3rd party marketplace tools as needed
Assisting the marketing team with product photoshoots as needed
Other related tasks, as needed

Requirements:

High School Diploma
1+ years' experience in a data entry and/or related ecommerce role
Ability to operate Photoshop or other, similar photo editing software to manipulate imagery
Exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal)
High attention to detail and ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Wal Mart Marketplace, Best Buy Marketplace or other 3rd party marketplaces considered an asset

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (overtime as required)

Pool Supplies Canada does not allow vacation time to be taken during the months of May, June, and July.

Rate of Pay:
$ Per Hour (Based on Experience)

$18.00-$20.00 per hour
