    Job Title: Employee Administrator - W

    Department: Human Resources

    Job Purpose: To support C.P. Services vision / mission through contribution to achieving established organizational goals while adhering to company values

    Reporting To: Human Resource - Supervisor (Or designate)

    Education

  • Bachelor's degree / associates' degree in Human Resources
  • Training & Development

  • Occupational health and safety certification is an asset
  • Work Experience

  • Data entry experience is an asset
  • Work Schedule

  • Monday - Friday
  • 8:00am - 5:00pm Mountain Standard Time
  • 8.5 hours per day
  • Capabilities required for this position

  • Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).

  • Demonstrated management capabilities (thorough understanding of planning requirements, ability to plan and meet deadlines, ability to manage and allocate resources effectively and efficiently, understanding of safety requirements related to field activities).
