Description

Rockpoint Gas Storage is the largest independent owner and operator of natural gas storage in North America, with strategically located assets in key natural gas producing and consuming regions in Canada and the US.

Our wholesale natural gas marketing subsidiary, Access Gas Services Ontario is in search of a full-time, in-office
Sales Coordinator.

This position is located in our Access Gas Services Office in Mississauga, ON, Reporting to our Director, Strategic Accounts Western Canada.

This full-time position will support our Commercial and Industrial sales team and assist with the acquisition and retention of our client base.

This position is eligible for full health benefits, a retirement plan with company contributions and an annual discretionary bonus.


Responsibilities:


  • Prepare contracts and sales collateral for Account Managers
  • Assist sales team in obtaining requisite approvals for setting up contracts
  • Act as primary contact on commercial and industrial portfolio related inquiries and concerns
  • Maintain the data integrity of our inhouse CRM, updating customer records as required
  • Create sales presentation material and requests for proposals (RFPs)
  • Prepare analytical reports to sales team as required
  • Assist Account Managers in resolving customer inquiries or concerns
  • Prepare and distribute marketing material
  • Assist in billing & A/R processes as required
  • Other data entry tasks as required

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Completed postsecondary education in a business discipline
  • 12 years of experience in an office environment with a customer focus
  • Strong command of the English language with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Strong professional writing skills and phone etiquette
  • Excellent data entry and general computer skills
  • Strong working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel is required
  • Ability to effectively multitask, organize and prioritize work
  • Detail oriented and committed to minimizing errors
  • A positive, teamoriented attitude

Salary:
$48,990.00-$52,685.00 per year
