Job Description:

Your Team


As an HR Intern at Brookfield Properties Development Group, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources within the real estate development industry.

This internship is designed to provide exposure to HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration.


Your Key Deliverables- Assist with employee relations activities, including maintaining employee records, conducting exit interviews, and responding to employee inquiries.- Contribute to the development and delivery of training programs for employees and managers.- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned, such as performance management, employee engagement surveys, and policy development.- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining files, updating HRIS records, and preparing reports.

Must Haves- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.- Strong interest in pursuing a career in human resources within the real estate development industry.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
