Chicken Little Cafe is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team and provide exceptional coffee experiences to our valued customers.

As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, ensuring top-notch quality, and delivering outstanding customer service in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Craft an array of coffee and specialty drinks to perfection, following our delightful recipes and quality standards.

• Warmth & Welcome: Greet every customer with a big smile, take their orders, and sprinkle in some tasty suggestions to make their day extra special.

Espresso Empire:
Work your magic with our top-notch coffee equipment, ensuring each sip is a pure moment of bliss.

• Tidy Up & Charm: Keep our coffee station pristine and enchanting, creating an inviting haven for our caffeineloving community.
• Expertly manage transactions, while ensuring our inventory is brimming with love (and an endless supply of coffee beans). Customer service is at the heart of what we do, making each interaction a delightful and memorable experience for our valued patrons.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is desirable but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, drink recipes, and latte art is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, multitask effectively, and handle pressure with a positive attitude.
• Flexibility in working shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the cafe's schedule.
• Passion for coffee, a genuine interest in creating delightful experiences for customers, and a commitment to upholding quality standards.

Salary:
$15.25-$15.75 per hour
