What will you do?

  • Market Research & Analysis: Conduct indepth market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Utilize findings to inform business strategies, product positioning, and commercialization efforts.
  • Brand Development & Commercialization: Cultivate and strengthen the company's brand through consistent messaging, creative campaigns, and strategic positioning in the automotive industry. Drive the commercialization of brand initiatives through effective marketing strategies and campaign execution.
  • Brand Assets Management: Manage and update company's branding requirements including brand book, corporate overview, business cards, MS templates, and logo. Ensure brand assets are aligned with market research findings and commercialization strategies.
  • Pricing Analysis: Perform a complete pricing analysis including internal cost, competitor pricing, customer pricing, and market pricing. Utilize pricing analysis to inform commercialization strategies and optimize product positioning.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media, to effectively reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives. Ensure campaigns are aligned with market research insights and commercialization goals.

Sales Support:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and external agencies, to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

Provide sales support by developing annual strategies, recommending events, and enhancements to meet key objectives and target audience.

  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Utilize data to measure ROI, optimize strategies, and drive commercialization success.

Requirements:


Must Haves:

  • A minimum of 8 years of marketing experience is a must.
  • Experience in market research is required.
  • Must have an educational background in marketing, research, statistics, or engineering.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a requirement.
  • This is not a digital marketing role.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing communications or marketing preferred.
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of achieving results.
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational, and strong oral/written communications skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing communications with demonstrated success within the industrial B2B segment.
  • Experience in developing brand strategy, marketing communications, or more general communications.
  • Experience with B2B industrial Trade Shows.
  • Strong experience with MS Office and Design Tools.
  • Experience overseeing the design and production of print materials and publications.

Pay:
$75,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
