Description
Accounting experience or intermediate knowledge is preferred:
- Assist accountant for simple bookkeeping tasks and organizing works
- Assist the director in completing the todo list quickly and accurately.
- Have problemsolving skills and think from the perspective of corporate interests.
- Able to maintain the forum platform.
- Daily and timely reporting on the progress of things.
- Do things quickly and carefully without procrastination.
- Operates office equipment such as computers, fax machines, photocopiers, voice mail messaging systems and computer scanning equipment to complete assigned tasks.
- Performs clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings as needed.
- Support preparation of client deliverables initiate preparation of related documentation, and review for completeness and accuracy prior to release to meet identified standards
- Assist in the production of direct mail and advertising campaigns and marketing
- Assist in the planning, development, execution, and analysis of market research
- Prepare for tradeshows, workshops and coordinate travel itineraries
- Assist with planning and executing projects, including product launches
- Responsible for ensuring that the facility is well maintained

$32,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

- academic institution work: 2 years (required)
