Description
Seeking a full-time resident superintendent for a 54 suite residential building.

The superintendent is on-call for after-hours emergencies landscaping/snow removal and general operation of the building, including daily walkthroughs and scheduling condominium corporation trades.

The superintendent must be physically capable of moving garbage bins and recycling carts outdoors for collection.
