Participate in menu planning, food taste-testing meetings, and contributes ideas and suggests for food and service
Control food and supply inventory, including completing physical inventory as required, dating and rotating stock; Ensure kitchen staff performs tasks according to safe work practices and safe job procedures
Able to assist in all aspects of line cooking, plating, preparation of food items
