The concept was simply to create a cozy environment that was well suited to have great conversations, served quality freshly cooked meals and offered great draft beer and spirit selections.

After more than three decades of fine-tuning, product development, and loads of hard work, we have what you see today.

We serve over 40,000 people a week in our 13 GTA locations.


Today, we are defined as a mainstream casual dining restaurant with an integrated sports bar area that caters to the community and local businesses.

We provide friendly, attentive service in a relaxed environment and prepare everything fresh on site.

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join and support our team in Mississauga.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise efficient working of departments and assigned shifts, and administer preshift meetings for all service of staff.
  • Monitor and manage guest complaints, ensure satisfaction and administer efficient follow up for same to receive feedback.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and kitchen teams for everyday operation and maintain financial and administrative records.
  • Manage workload and ensure effective working of restaurant activities and maintain excellent standards to meet operational expectations.
  • Train and instruct employees to ensure smooth transition in company.
  • Assist employee teams to provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain proper sanitation, hygiene standards in kitchen and maintain effective store presentation.
  • Coordinate with team to meet sales target, ensure customer satisfaction and follow company procedures to increase productivity.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an assistant manager in a fastpaced restaurant
  • Proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant functions: food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and preparation of reports.
  • Must be able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities and recommend appropriate solutions to restaurant problems.
  • Must possess strong communication skills for supervising and motivating diverse staff, and hold a strong customer service orientation.

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 45-50 per week


Salary:
$37,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
