• Experienced Customer Service representative
• Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment (i.e. forklift & pallet jack)
• Must be able to communicate fluently. Any additional languages are beneficial and would be considered an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Be able to work extended hours 'in season' and provide additional relief coverage as required
• Mechanical and Technical aptitude and/or experience
• Must hold a valid Ontario driver's license
• Direct experience with agricultural equipment would also be considered an advantage

• Maintain clean, professional appearance at all times.
• Reliable and maintains excellent attendance and punctuality
• Able to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
• Able to selfmotivate in a fast pace, multitasking environment
• Conduct general house keeping duties within facility and assist with warehouse maintenance as required
• Utilize Advantage Farm Equipment professional standards for Customer Service in all customer and vendor contacts
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's)
• Correctly create Sales Orders and generate Invoices for all parts dispensed and sold.
• Perform cycle counts as requested.
• Complete all duties assigned by Supervisor and/or manager
