Description

We are looking for a friendly and dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our small but busy office in the heart of Commercial Drive in Vancouver.

Dental reception certificate from an accredited school is required.

Experience and familiarity with Cleardent software would be an asset but training will be offered by our close knit team.

We are a non-assignment office.

Some responsibilities include greeting patients, answering the phone, keeping the schedule filled, understanding insurance and be able to answer related questions, make appointments, handle insurance forms and ensuring that the office runs smoothly.

Good communication skills required.

We have a solo dentist practice (Dr. Michelle Tao) that is is open Tuesday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm and 2 Saturday's a month 9am to 4pm. No evenings and closed for all long weekends.
