Key Duties & Responsibilites include maintaining and managing tracking systems for service levels, deliverables, and activities,
drafting correspondence reports memos and service request responses,
preparing information packages manuals revised standards attending meetings taking minutes preparing follow-up correspondence tracking progress responding requests for information from internal external stakeholders inputting validating manipulating data generating reports coordinating calendars appointments meetings events on behalf of the Director triaging messages requests inquiries ensuring timely responses follow-up developing reviewing administrative policies procedures systems arranging logistics travel training events processing verifying reconciling paying invoices overseeing filing systems in compliance with records management policies providing advice guidance onboarding support new staff related positions supporting grievance processes interview panels committee participation required providing ad hoc coverage central irrigation systems including remote operation troubleshooting documentation work orders Key Qualifications include completion secondary school equivalency recognized certification office business administration minimum five years progressive administrative clerical experience knowledge skills abilities typically obtained through:
