**Accounts Payable Associate - Montreal Office**

Fuze Logistics is a growing leader within the 3PL transportation space, with offices across North America. Fuze is quickly establishing themselves as a provider of choice across small mom & pop companies, all the way up to Fortune 500 companies.

We are looking for an **Accounts Payable Associate** to perform a variety of accounting tasks, who is well-organized, has the ability to multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collect information, input data and validate in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of bills and invoices.
- Assisting with accounts receivables, accounts payables processing.
- Maintaining records and filing systems, highlight discrepancies, and update information when necessary.
- Performing other duties as required.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel.
- Bilingual French & English (both verbal and written).
- Customer service and multitasking skills.
- Ability to learn new software systems and manipulate data for insights.
- Positive outlook with the ability to adjust quickly to change.
- Detail-orientated, team player, and can also work autonomously.

- Recueillir des informations, saisir des données et les valider dans le système comptable afin de garantir l'exactitude des factures.
- Aider au traitement des comptes débiteurs et des comptes créditeurs.
- Tenir à jour les dossiers et les systèmes de classement, mettre en évidence les divergences et mettre à jour les informations si nécessaire.
- Effectuer d'autres tâches selon les besoins.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire.
- Niveau intermédiaire de Microsoft Excel.
- Bilingue français et anglais (à l'oral et à l'écrit).
- Compétences en matière de service à la clientèle et de gestion multitâche.
- Capacité à apprendre de nouveaux systèmes logiciels et à manipuler des données pour en tirer des enseignements.
- Perspective positive et capacité à s'adapter rapidement au changement.
- Souci du détail, esprit d'équipe et capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
