Requirements:
minimium 1-2year experience


Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
• Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Answer customer questions about menu items and make recommendations
• Handle cash and process payments using a POS system
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Skills:

• Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
• Proficiency in using a POS system for order entry and payment processing
• Previous experience in food service or restaurant industry preferred
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
• Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, kitchen staff, and other team members
• Attention to detail for accurately taking orders and delivering them correctly to customers' tables
• Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks efficiently

Note:
Training will be provided for specific restaurant policies, procedures, and menu items.
