Job Overview:
As a Driver at a food producer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and safe delivery of food products from the production site to various destinations.
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport food products from the production facility to designated delivery locations.
- Adhere to predetermined delivery schedules and routes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
- Verify the accuracy of delivery orders and ensure all required documentation is complete.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service during delivery interactions, addressing customer inquiries and concerns as needed.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving, and maintain a focus on safe and defensive driving practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license.
- Availability of a reliable personal vehicle (car) for transportation purposes, if required for offsite errands.
- Knowledge of local roads and routes within the designated delivery area.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet delivery deadlines.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Salary:
$21.40-$25.50 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
