    This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, with advantageous working conditions including benefits and a particularly generous pension fund.

    Service Administration

    In this role, you will be responsible for coordination day-to-day administration of service activities.


    This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week, with advantageous working conditions including benefits (insurance, support program ) and a particularly generous pension fund.


    You will ensure responsibility for:
    Enter worked hours for technicians
    Coordination of cranes and other lifting equipment
    Coordination of power wash crews.
    Coordination of repairs to power wash equipment, including trailers
    Follow-up on outstanding work orders
    Follow-up on safety equipment such as harnesses and lanyards, fire extinguishers, first-aid kits, etc.
    Participate in all other service department tasks.


    Requirements:

    • Technically inclined (knowledge of mechanical/HVAC systems/construction is an asset)
    • Experience working with a service department
    • 2+ years of work experience in team coordination function
    • Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel
    • Strong communication skills in French and ability to communicate in English in a customer service context.
