Position Summary:


As a Barista, your main responsibilities include preparing and serving high-quality beverages in a fast-paced café environment, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness, handling cash transactions, and promoting additional products.

Greeting customers warmly, taking accurate orders, and delivering prompt service is essential.

Staying updated with coffee trends, a friendly demeanor, and collaborating with colleagues are key attributes to succeed in this position.


The hours of work for this position may vary based on the needs of the café and may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Part-time and full-time positions are available.


Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Providing friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders, and addressing inquires.
  • Cleanliness: Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including equipment and seating areas.
  • Teamwork: Collaborating with coworkers and communicating effectively for smooth operations.

  • Time Management: Efficiently managing tasks and maintaining prompt service during busy periods.
  • Knowledge Development: Continue to use provided webbased training tools to improve skills.
