We are looking for a nurse to join our team as
a part-time/casual Clinical Nursing Supervisor for Classic LifeCare's Vancouver branch.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering clinical supervision. You will be part of a collaborative team of dedicated, passionate professionals supporting the delivery of home care services.

The role:

Employee and client engagement.
Orientation, training and mentoring of employees.
Developing programs in line with Classic LifeCare's culture and Accreditation Canada's home support standards.
Influencing and engaging in home care delivery systems.
Collaborating on assessments and implementation of personcentred care plans

The check list:

Current LPN registration with the BCCNM with up to date First Aid & CPR.
Wound care experience an asset but not required.
Strong communication, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Able to build effective working relationships with other professionals, family members, and organizations to ensure services are in the client's best interest and supportive of their goals.
Proficiency in computer skills such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft word, Powerpoint and Teams
Valid driver's license, and reliable transportation (must be willing to drive within the Greater Vancouver area)
People and community focused
Ability to contribute to the development of services at Classic based on your own unique strengths and interests.
Availability can be discussed upon interview days and times can be flexible.
