In this role, you will be:

  • Leading a crew while working on either interior or exterior residential painting projects.
  • Fostering relationships to ensure happy customers that will want YOU back on their project.
  • Ensuring a clean and organized job site that conveys professionalism and mastery.
  • Delivering high quality surface prep and high quality painting.
  • Using technology to manage your job site and communicate with clients and teammates.
  • Leading and empowering a team of painters.
  • Ensuring that each step throughout the project is completed from beginning to end.
  • Managing job site marketing activities so that our company can "own the neighbourhood"

Experience Required:


  • Minimum three years of experience in the painting industry with some experience in the residential repaint world.
  • Cleancut and professional appearance.
  • Vehicle and Driver's License.
  • Able to use your vehicle to move some or all supplies and equipment.
  • Demonstrate excellent painting abilities and job site cleanliness; specifically on residential repaints, interior and exterior painting, excellent surface prep, drywall repair and patching.
  • Comfortable working on ladders and at heights.
  • Ability to use an airless sprayer is considered an asset.
  • Ability to complete other repairs outside of the realm of painting specifically (such as wallpaper installation, drywall and plaster repair, mudding and taping of new drywall, carpentry, concrete repair, etc.) is considered an asset.
  • Fluent English Required.
  • Own Tools

Salary:
$27.00-$30.00 per hour
