Description
Custom Pro Exteriors have been leaders in the Building Envelope industry since 1980. Based out of Victoria, we take on projects all over Vancouver Island.


Through our scaffolding division, Island Wide Scaffolding, we are looking to hire a General Manager to support our day-to-day scaffolding operations.


  • Extensive experience in residential & commercial scaffolding
  • Technical knowledge of scaffolding systems, equipment & materials.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints & schematics.
  • Strong leadership skills with an aptitude for motivating & managing a team of employees.
  • Excellent communication & customer service skills to effectively correspond with both clients and employees.
  • Capacity to build strong relationships with clients to increase repeat business.
  • High understanding of OSHA regulations & safety requirements related to scaffolding.
  • A background in business operations, including budgeting, financial management & sales including the ability to develop & implement strategic plans to grow the business.
