Job Specific General Accountabilities

  • Provides technical/quality support such as administrative, logístical, data collection, document review to quality service activities/projects on a daytoday basis
  • Creates, updates and maintains documentation and records in QMS systems, team channels, SharePoint sites
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Where necessary, provides support to Quality Performance staff, to Functional Partners and/or to Systems Quality personnel for their quality services including RCA facilitation.
  • Supports CQC with communications and dissemination
  • Monitors quality service activities and performs follow up
  • Generates, updates and maintains quality metrics
  • Provides technical guidance for trouble shooting activities to help resolve existing problems, make judgements and anticipate future developments in quality related needs
  • Demonstrates ability to work with mínimal supervision and in project settings to deliver objectives
  • Keeps own knowledge of best practices, industry standards and new developments in quality up to date

Clinical Quality Performance Team Accountabilities

  • Fosters a collaborative work environment that promotes inclusion, diversity, and a speak up culture
  • Communicates effectively and respectfully with learning colleagues and business stakeholders
  • Conducts training for colleagues and business stakeholders as required
  • Involved in the development of improvements

Requirements:


  • Degree level education
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Expertise in creating and maintaining documentation
  • Displays excellent organization skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a high volume environment with shifting priorities
  • Experience working with data, metrics, and analytics to drive insights
  • Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills curious to understand business environment; follow up on issues to conclusion
  • Ability to work in a global environment and able to contribute as part of global team
  • Strong time management skills with ability to work at pace

Desirables:


  • Formal experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech environment
  • Experience working with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
