Outside Sales Representative-Residential, Commercial Construction
Waterproof Masters & Associates Inc. - Mississauga, ON
We are a well-established residential and commercial waterproofing company in the GTA, our company was built on the foundation of perfecting what we do and doing it right.
Job Summary
- Identify market trends by maintaining awareness of competitive activity
- Continually evaluate selling strategies
- Sell our product and services with a focus on customer needs
- Provide project quotations on a timely basis; maintain project files and quotation follow up
- Conduct job site visits for specifications as required
- Regularly interact with clients, suppliers and keep up to date on all products
- Contribute to our company culture and objectives
- Achieve and surpass defined sales targets
- Experience in a sales role in the construction industry including business development through networking and prospecting for potential clients
- Able to make coldcalls and continuously look for new sales opportunities
- Ability to read and understand construction specifications, drawings and technical data
- Must possess excellent verbal and written skills; with an innate ability to connect and build relationships with customers
- Work with team members ensuring excellent customer service
- Weekly data base logging activities and call log
- Attend sales team meeting
- Ability to work in a team environment but be able to work independently
- Provide accurate quotes and scopes of work for billing, payment and delivery services
- Ability to solve practical problems and confidently deal with variety of situations as per site conditions
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge
- Able to work flexible hours
- Able to travel, have valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to interpret a variety of instructions whether in written, oral diagram or schedule format
- Possess basic computer knowledge
- Able to speak, read and write English

Sales - 5+ years
Construction - residential / commercial

- Monday to Friday
