About Live Actor Simulation (LAS)The opportunity
The Live Actor Simulation (LAS) program at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU) is currently seeking actors to join our team LAS delivers simulations in academic and industry environments that support and foster the development of strong interpersonal communication skills by providing high-quality, realistic simulated experiences.

Qualifications:
Live Actor Simulators at TMU must be 18 years of age or older, and available to work on an on-call basis during the weekdays.
Skills Needed
- Acting experience is helpful but not essential
- Strong improvisational skills
- Asset, but not required, previous experience in a training/learning environment (e.g. standardized patient)
- Individual rehearsal/training for simulations
- Training in techniques used by simulators at LAS
