    Senior Pastor Role

    The Senior Pastor is a spiritual leader of the church and an under-shepherd of the Lord Jesus Christ.

    • To be eligible for membership in our church, including agreement with our statement of faith.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Pulpit ministry: preach the Gospel, teach Scriptures administer ordinances give leadership organizing developing church service Kingdom God.
      Including providing spiritual guidance and leadership to congregations In consultation Board Elders invite guest speakers sharing valuable messages occasionally;
    • Liaise ministers supporting pastoral/ministerial staff direct ministerial secretarial support holding regular staff meetings lead foster growth amongst colleagues; chair Church Ministries Board overseeing both campuses sites ex-officio member various committees organizations; Complete annual Personal Performance Reviews cooperation Board Elders Associate Pastors Exec Assistants evaluations also Biblical counselling evangelism visitation duties regularly;
