This casual kitchen assistant position is part of a team accountable for providing children, staff, and occasionally parent's nutritious meals and to support the education around nutritious foods at the Churchill Park Family Care Society.
The casual kitchen assistant will support the head chef and food service team of a permitted childcare food service kitchen.
e:
cutting, chopping food, washing dishes, maintaining a clean environment preparing food for deliveries etc.).
Hour of operation between 5H30 am and 2 pm, Monday to Friday.
Required Education and Experienc
e:
- Food sanitation and hygiene certificate
- Current Security Clearance
- First Aid/CPR
- Kitchen experience an asset
- Time management, prioritization, multitasking and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
Job Type:
Casual
Salary:
$16.00 per hour
