Job Title:
Planner/Scheduler


Location:
Concord, Ontario


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demand
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of products
  • Monitor inventory levels and adjust production schedules as needed
  • Work closely with supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of raw materials
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste
  • Develop and maintain quality control procedures to ensure product quality
  • Collaborate with plant management to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide regular reports on production performance and progress towards goals

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a steel manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of assembly processes
  • Experience with operations management software

$70,734.34-$90,000.00 per year

Steel Tubing: 2 years (preferred)

  • Manufacturing: 3 years (preferred)
