Come work as a Medical Office Assistant with Sky Medical Sky Medical is a full-service family practice and is focused on actively improving all treatment and care for our patients.
There are two full-time doctors at the clinic, and we are looking for a new Medical Office Assistant to join our team in Downtown Vancouver
Our office is a team-oriented environment and the Medical Office Assistant is a key member of that team The Medical Office Assistant is responsible for, among other things, answering calls, administrative work, booking appointments and collecting patients' information.
Qualifications should include:
- Interpersonal communication skills in order to interact with our great group of patients
- Knowledge of Word, Excel & EMR (Ideally OSCAR EMR)
- Strong organizational skills
Salary:
$19.00-$23.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
