International Custom Pak is a Canadian contract and private label manufacturer of customized health & beauty products. We are looking for an self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Quality team.

The incumbent will work closely with manufacturing and production departments to ensure bulk product and finished goods are manufactured in compliance Good Manufacturing Practices and meet approved product specifications.

The incumbent will also be responsible for working with cross-functional departments to maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and achieving high quality standards throughout business operations

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Ensure finished goods are manufactured in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and approved product specifications
Test and release manufactured batches in a timely manner to meet manufacturing cycle times and business needs
Maintain detailed documentation of manufacturing batch records
Perform routine inprocess quality checks during finished product production
Collect manufactured bulk and finished product retain samples
Prepare samples for testing at 3rd party contracted labs
Prepare manufacturing records including Certificates of Analysis
Release raw materials and components for use in manufacturing and production
Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment (ex: pH meter)
Monitor and ensure line clearance and startup before and after production
Other duties as assigned
