We are looking for an experienced Veterinary Assistant to join our fast paced small animal practice.


Job Description:


  • Maintain and update client records in our practice management software
  • Manage referrals and patient follow ups
  • Communicating with our clients
  • Work alongside our technicians to care for patients

Job Requirements:

*Have a diploma in veterinary assisting

*Be comfortable handling animals

*Have prior experience assisting with medical procedures, administering medication and client care

  • Have excellent customer service skills
*Have experience in the Veterinary field

*Ability to work well under pressure while remaining calm

  • Proactive and take initiatives to work effectively without supervision
  • Must be able to prioritize your workload and make fast decisions

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent


Salary:
$15.00-$16.00 per hour


COVID-19 considerations:
Masks are required, frequent sanitizing of common areas, curbside pick up is available.
