Sales Support Assistant
We are seeking a talented Sales Support Assistant to provide general support to our sales network. The incumbent will be responsible for answering customer inquiries, scheduling meetings and sales appointments, and maintaining the sales database.


Requirements:


  • Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record of strong client relationships
  • Detailoriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have basic mechanical and electrical comprehension.
  • High level of organization with prior data entry experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint)
  • Must be a selfstarter, highly selfmotivated and directed.
  • Prior telemarketing and inside sales experience is an asset.

Responsibilities/Duties:


  • Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.
  • Initiate and build communications and conduct followup communication to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
  • Organize, schedule and coordinate appointments with potential clients and sales team.
  • Maintain a current knowledge of the products that the company has to offer.
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged information is accurate and documents are attached.
  • Compile a daily list of sales leads, delegate leads to the sales department, and provide sales data and guides to the sales department.
  • Responsible for supporting sales territory by deciphering sales data.
  • Develop and maintain various spreadsheets, databases, and PowerPoint presentations.
  • Assist in crafting sales support documentation through marketing engagement.
  • Maintain and provide updated marketing literature to include sales sheets, catalogues, online content.
  • Assist with outside sales requests, literature, and documentation.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time onsite position.

Days and hours of work are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm and 8:00 am to 4:00 pm on Fridays.
