about this team
The construction team within Store Development, supports the development, budgeting, and execution of all brick-and-mortar development.

The team delivers against the defined real estate yearly plan for mainline, optimizations, and renovations, and supports the existing store fleet through minor works, initiatives, and rollouts.


a day in the life:
what you'll do

The Project Coordinator is a key support function for the administration, financial operations, and procure to pay process of the construction organization.

The coordinator will create purchase requisitions and purchase orders for products and services, on behalf of members of the construction team.

The role will also create receipts, process invoices, and respond to vendor inquiries.

  • Manage outstanding liability through proactive receiving practices
  • Partner with accounts payable and external vendors to ensure invoices are properly routed and vendors are set up correctly for payments
  • Code invoices against appropriate department cost centers and project codes
  • Support construction team with administration activities related to ongoing project operations: utility account set up and closures, security account set up and closures, security guard or remote security bookings
qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration/Operation, Construction Administration
  • 13 years of experience working in a financial, accounting, or construction administration capacity
  • Demonstrated financial acumen
  • Strong analytical and data processing skills
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and objectively solve problems
