Manager, Corporate Partnerships**
Reports To: Director, Fund Development**
Division:Fund Development**
Terms of Employment: Temporary, 19months Contract (with a possibility of Extension ), Full-Time Monday - Friday (9 am-5 pm)

Salary:
Starting $55,000 - $70,000 / year.


Location: 155 Bermondsey Road, Toronto ON. Habitat GTA currently deploys a hybrid working environment, asking staff to come onsite once (1) per week at minimum.

The Opportunity


The Manager collaborates with the Director, Corporate Partnerships to develop the strategy, management, and delivery of all corporate development efforts to acquire new corporate partners, engage in high-level stewardship of existing partners, and enhance fundraising/sponsorship initiatives and properties.

The Manager will be responsible for supporting the Director, Corporate Partnerships in ensuring that the Corporate Partnerships team works together in a collaborative, efficient and effective manner.

Manages the corporate sponsorship and team building program, which includes:

  • Develop, implement, and manage strategies and plans designed to meet the organization's revenue objectives for corporate and foundation donors and prospects.
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate prospects capable of donations or sponsorships in excess of $50K annually to meet or exceed annual fundraising goals.
  • Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward corporate prospects to achieve or exceed annual Corporate Giving and Team Building program goals.
  • Submit grants and proposals focused on multiyear giving commitments and/or giving levels in excess of $50K annually.
  • Oversee daytoday management of corporate and foundation partnerships, including donor relations, fulfillment of agreements, and the necessary administrative and marketing activities.
  • Through the effective use of prospect and moves management systems, the Manager will manage a portfolio of existing and potential partnership prospects and will build and maintain meaningful partnership relationships.
  • Develops strategies for upgrading corporate donors and increasing retention of corporate donors including stewardship, annual reporting, acknowledgment and recognition.
  • Sell corporate team build days and provide relevant build information to prospects and the corporate development team as required.
  • Work independently and with the Director, Corporate Partnerships, and other Senior Management leaders to develop a prospect pipeline of corporate and foundation donors.
  • Proactively collaborate with internal stakeholders (Fund Development, Real Estate & Land, Construction, Marketing & Communications, Volunteer Services, Family Partnerships, and Finance) to ensure all development opportunities are maximized and fit appropriately within the overall Habitat GTA and Corporate Partnerships goals and plans.
  • Work with the MARCOMM team to oversee the execution and implementation of partner benefit deliverables such as marketing materials; promotional; website exposure and recognition; signage; social media and other similar activities.
  • Maximize or modify programs based on a datadriven approach, qualitative feedback, and industry best practices and emerging trends.
  • Meet and aim to exceed revenue targets.
  • Regularly reports on status against annual goals.
  • Tracks partner and prospect actions in Raiser's Edge database
  • Work with volunteers, as needed.
